This Privacy Policy describes how Reliant Quotes LLC (“Reliant Quotes,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information through Reliant Quotes websites, landing pages, forms, communications, affiliate traffic, and related lead-matching services.

1. Our Role

Reliant Quotes is a marketing and lead-generation company. Unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular service, Reliant Quotes is not the lender, insurer, health plan, mortgage lender, debt-relief provider, contractor, or other provider whose products or services may be presented. We may match a consumer’s request with participating providers, advertisers, agencies, brokers, or other partners.

2. Information We May Collect

Depending on the service requested, information may include identifiers and contact information; address and state; date of birth where relevant; insurance or Medicare-related information; financial or credit-range information supplied by the consumer; debt, mortgage, home-services, vehicle, or business-financing information; device/browser and approximate network information; referral, affiliate, campaign, click and sub-ID information; consent and form-submission evidence; and records of communications and transactions.

We should not request Social Security numbers, account passwords, full payment-card credentials, or similarly sensitive credentials through ordinary lead forms unless a specifically approved workflow requires them.

3. Sources

Information may come directly from consumers, affiliates and publishers, participating partners, service providers, consent/evidence services, and lawful data sources used in connection with our business.

4. Uses

We may use information to respond to requests; match and route inquiries; operate and improve our services; validate and clean lead data; detect fraud, bots, abuse and duplicates; maintain consent and provenance records; measure campaigns and affiliate performance; communicate as permitted; fulfill contractual and legal obligations; protect our systems and users; and maintain accounting, billing and audit records.

5. Disclosure, Sale or Sharing

Depending on the request and applicable law, we may disclose personal information to participating providers and partners that may offer or discuss relevant products or services; vendors supporting hosting, analytics, communications, security, validation and consent evidence; affiliates/publishers for attribution and reconciliation without unnecessary consumer PII; and government or legal recipients when required.

Where applicable law treats a transfer as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, eligible consumers may exercise applicable opt-out rights through our Privacy Rights page.

6. Cookies, Analytics and Attribution

We may use cookies, first-party storage, campaign parameters, affiliate identifiers and similar technologies to maintain sessions, attribute traffic, prevent fraud, measure performance and operate forms. 7. Calls and Text Messages

Where a consumer provides consent to receive calls or text messages, communications may be made by Reliant Quotes and/or identified or appropriately disclosed participating partners as permitted by applicable law and the consent presented at collection. Consent is not a condition of purchase where prohibited. Consumers may revoke consent through reasonable methods provided in the communication or otherwise required by law. Operational systems should record revocation and suppression requests promptly.

8. Consumer Privacy Rights

Depending on residence and applicable law, consumers may have rights to know/access, delete, correct, obtain information about disclosures, opt out of certain sales/sharing or targeted advertising, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, appeal certain decisions, and receive non-discriminatory treatment for exercising privacy rights.

California residents may have rights under the CCPA, as amended, including rights to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain uses/disclosures of sensitive personal information, and non-discrimination.

Requests may be submitted through the Reliant Quotes Privacy Rights page. We may verify requests when permitted or required. Authorized agents may submit requests where applicable law permits.

9. Do Not Sell or Share / Global Privacy Control

Where applicable, consumers may use our “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” mechanism. When legally required, Reliant Quotes will also recognize a valid Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out request for the browser/device from which the signal is received.

10. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for periods reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including servicing requests, consent evidence, suppression, fraud prevention, accounting, contractual obligations, disputes and legal compliance. Retention periods may vary by data category and legal obligation.

11. Security

We use administrative, technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect information. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.

12. Children

Our lead-generation services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly use ordinary lead forms to collect personal information from children for these services.

13. Changes

We may update this Policy as our practices or applicable requirements change. The effective and last-updated dates will be displayed above, and material changes will be handled as required by applicable law.

Reliant Quotes treats mobile opt-in and text-messaging consent records as messaging-specific consent evidence. We do not sell or share SMS opt-in data or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Vendors that support delivery, security, customer care, consent evidence or other operational functions may process such information only for those support purposes and subject to appropriate restrictions.

Where applicable, we honor valid opt-out requests concerning sale or sharing of personal information, including legally required browser-based Global Privacy Control signals.
