Reliant Quotes LLC Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of Reliant Quotes LLC websites, forms, portals and lead-matching services.

1. Marketing and Matching Service

Reliant Quotes is a marketing and lead-generation company. Unless expressly identified otherwise, Reliant Quotes is not a lender, insurer, health plan, mortgage lender, debt-relief provider, contractor, financial institution, or other provider of the products or services about which a consumer may inquire. Submission of a request does not guarantee an offer, approval, savings, eligibility, coverage, funding, pricing or service availability.

2. Provider Decisions

Participating providers independently determine whether to contact a consumer, whether the consumer qualifies, and the terms of any product or service. Consumers should review provider disclosures, licenses, terms, rates, fees, coverage and contracts before making a decision.

3. Accurate Information

Users agree to provide information they are authorized to provide and not to submit fabricated, fraudulent, automated, abusive or misleading requests.

4. Communications

If a user affirmatively consents to calls or texts, Reliant Quotes and/or participating partners may communicate as described in the disclosure shown at collection and as permitted by law. Consent is not a condition of purchase where prohibited. Users may revoke consent through reasonable methods made available in the communication or otherwise required by law.

5. Prohibited Use

Users may not interfere with the site; attempt unauthorized access; scrape or automate submissions in violation of applicable restrictions; submit another person’s information without authorization; manipulate affiliate attribution; generate artificial traffic or conversions; or use the service unlawfully.

6. Privacy

Use of the service is also subject to the Reliant Quotes Privacy Policy and applicable consumer privacy rights mechanisms.

7. Third-Party Services

Reliant Quotes may link or route inquiries to independent third parties. Reliant Quotes does not control third-party sites, underwriting, pricing, service performance, privacy practices or contractual terms.

8. Intellectual Property

Reliant Quotes site content, branding and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws except for third-party materials used under applicable rights.

9. Disclaimer

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Reliant Quotes does not warrant that every provider, quote, offer, website or transmission will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every user.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Reliant Quotes will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.

11. Governing Terms and Disputes

Any governing-law, venue, arbitration, class-action waiver or dispute-resolution provision should be separately approved by counsel for the jurisdictions in which Reliant Quotes operates before publication. V2.9.2 intentionally does not carry forward an outdated 2020 dispute clause without review.

12. Changes

Reliant Quotes may update these Terms as its services and applicable requirements change. The current effective and last-updated dates will appear above.

Optional Reliant Quotes Messaging Programs

Any Reliant Quotes marketing text program requires separate, affirmative messaging consent. Messaging consent is voluntary and is not a condition of requesting a quote or purchasing goods or services. Program-specific frequency, rates, HELP/STOP instructions and privacy disclosures are provided in the SMS Messaging Terms and applicable opt-in flow.
